How to modify my reservation: place, date of stay or accommodation (modification with costs) ?

Note:

For any modification of stay, fees will be invoiced to you according to our conditions of sale. They vary depending on the date of modification and the date of arrival at the campsite.

Below is the fee schedule:

• Arrival more than 90 days before the start of the stay: 10% of the amount of your reservation excluding insurance and administrative fees
• Arrival between 90 and 30 days before the start of the stay: 15% of the amount of your reservation excluding insurance and administrative fees
• Arrival between 29 and 07 days before the start of the stay: 80% of the amount of your reservation excluding insurance and administration fees
• Arrival less than 7 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the amount of your reservation excluding insurance and administrative fees

Upon receipt of your modification agreement, you will receive your updated reservation documents.
