Are babies counted in the accommodation capacity ?

You must imperatively count your baby among the occupants of your rental.

For example, if you are a couple with 2 children and 1 baby (under 2 years old), you must rent accommodation with a capacity for 5 people.

You will be refused accommodation for 4 people, even if you take your baby’s cot.

We are legally bound to follow these safety instructions.

No exceptions can be tolerated.
