What documents should I receive after my reservation ?

After placing your order, we will send you the following documents by email:

• Your order form, immediately after payment.
• Your invoice, within 48 hours of ordering. This document serves as a booking confirmation.
• Your voucher, after paying for your entire stay. This document must be presented on your arrival at the campsite to obtain the keys to your accommodation.
